I've been getting chiropractic care for most of my life. I had come to believe that only one type of treatment really work for me. It's the type that people refer to as "having your back cracked". As I'm aging my need for treatment has continued, and sometimes increased. But the type of treatment I was used to was starting to feel a bit to rough. Dr. Doble provided me a wonderful education about how as we age and evolve our treatment needs to evolve too. The way Dr. Doble does a chiropractic adjustment is a perfect example of that. He adjusted one specific place in my upper neck and all the pain in my neck, upper back and the headache went away. There was no pain afterwards or need to recover from getting the adjustment. The only thing I wish is that I had found Dr.Doble sooner. ~ Anne G

Dr Richard Doble has been a life saver, along with his wife Rochelle .Dr Doble looked over my 20 years of MRI, X rays and Physical Therapy reports . I was diagnosed 2015 with ( TN ) Trigeminal Nevralgia - described as one of the most severe pain know to man. Excruciating bouts of facial pain . It strikes where the nerve branches to the nose, lips,lower jaw, and teeth, it feels like electric shocks in your jaw. I got so bad I could not eat ,touch my lips to drink or even talk. So I started researching my condition and this lead me to Dr Doble, With his knowledge and precision Dr Doble develop a correction formula to fit my needs with no forceful twisting , pulling or jerking motion. Just very relaxing pain free. Great family rates . I would give him a ten if I could!!! ~ Judy M

As a former collegiate athlete with lots of post injuries, and now mother of two little girls that keep me on the go at 40, I can now actually function without pain and I am a happier person because I feel so good. I have been seeing Dr. Doble for roughly the past 2 years and I am extremely pleased and grateful for the chiropractic care I have received from him. He is very experienced in all kinds of chiropractic care, but focuses on upper cervical care, which is gentle and effective. That was very important to me, since I was recovering from cancer surgery and chemo and needed a gentle touch. Not only is he technically expert, he is caring and is grateful for the opportunity to serve, which to me, is the mark of not only a doctor, but a healer. His chiropractic care has helped me immeasurably, as I have dealt with 2 cancer recurrences over the past 2 years, and he has been able to maintain my spine and nervous system in good working order. Dr Doble saved my family trip to France 2 weeks ago. I was in such pain I thought I had to cancel . He helped me the day before my trip and I could walk again . I still need to see him regularly ( I did today ) but I know I will recover . He is an amazing chiropractor but also a wonderful human being with lots of empathy and understanding. His office is lovely with lots of good light and great energy . I adore Michèle at the desk’. She is from Quebec and we love to speak French to each other. This office is all about taking care of you, and so reasonably priced. Rochelle runs the office with ease and expertise. Dr. Doble is amazing. He takes care to adjust you properly. What I like is that Dr Doble only makes an adjustment if one is actually needed. His method is based on the action of proprioceptors which are specialized sensory receptors located within muscles, tendons, joints, and the inner ear that provide the brain with real-time information about body position, movement, and muscle tension. Improper alignment impinges on proprioceptors which can be observed in the posture. If an adjustment is necessary, the Improvement in posture shows when balance has been restored. ~ Tom O

Dr. Doble is an incredible chiropractor! After seeing another chiropractor for years, I was hesitant to see someone new. I was referred to Dr. Doble and I am so grateful. Not only is he an excellent chiropractor, he’s a very kind person who cares about his patients. Most recently, he completely fixed my back during late pregnancy. When I went into my initial consultation I was a mess. Dealing with extreme neck and upper back pain, migraines, jaw pain from TMJ, and constant anxiety due to the pain I was in. I’m at visit number six and my pain had dramatically decreased, my migraines are less frequent and less intense, and my anxiety has significantly decreased. I am happy to report on the very excellent results I have had from my chiropractic treatments from Dr Doble. I was surprised at how it developed. I am very much improved. Walking is a breeze and occasionally I can sit crossed legged for an entire meditation. These were my original concerns. In addition he addressed my neck and that is also much improved. My mom has been going to Dr. Doble for years now and swears by him, so when I started to have debilitating shoulder, neck and back pain recently (most likely induced by the stress of moving and sitting at a desk all day) she recommended that I go see Dr. Doble. I had already tried massages, acupuncture, pain medication...and nothing was working. I was a mess. Then I got to see Dr. Doble on my birthday, and he adjusts me... and within a half hour of leaving his office I felt an immediate difference. I was able to enjoy my birthday that day with NO PAIN at all. I couldn't believe it. I was walking through life so much lighter and was able to handle stress much easier. Not only that, but that pain I had has not returned. I have remained pain free since I went to see him. And I just feel happier in general. I now go about my day at work feeling so much better and can sit at my desk for long periods and have no issues. I have been going to Dr Doble for several years. He is patient and gentle. I am on a maintenance plan and go every 2 weeks which has helped me stay aligned and pain free. One thing I like about Dr Doble is that he believes in maintenance rather than waiting until you have a serious issue. He is affordable and offers top notch care. I am a new patient here at Doble Chiropractic care. I was warmly welcomed, taken in quickly for my hip pain problem. I was very surprised when I got home from my first adjustment. After each session I am thanked for letting Dr. Doble check my alignment. It helps me with my balance. This is the first time I have seen a chiropractor in my 65 years. I have always been hesitant but I was tired of medication to help my neck and lower back pain. I hurt my lower back during a workout and spent about 5 months going to another chiropractor. (who actually had helped me before) but despite doing several sessions I was still in massive pain (like unable to get up, and it hurt to walk). I spent a little over a year dealing with sporadic bouts of lower back pain and episodes where I would just be forced to hobble around...and after being a lifelong athlete, I was questioning if this was a pain I was just going to have to live with, which was rough to face. But then I heard about Dr. Doble and I went to see him. After a single session, I began to recover. After a few weeks, I was feeling significantly better and after about 2 months I was back to exercising. I'm blown away. I'm now running, sprinting, lifting, doing pull-ups and back to being an athlete. I'm stunned that he was able to accomplish what other chiropractors couldn't accomplish in 5 sessions, in just 1 session. I'm deeply grateful for his mastery and hopefully I remain healthy enough to not need to visit the chiropractor, but if I do I will not be seeing anyone else. 5-STARS! I've had at least five chiropractors since my forward whiplash accident a few decades ago. Some were great, some were okay, but none have really "gotten" my neck like Dr. Doble. Dr. Doble is a talented and highly educated chiropractor! He uses different modalities when necessary, but is focused on basic spinal hygiene for maximum quality of life. He doesn't adjust unless absolutely necessary, and will also pull out all his knowledge when it is necessary! Reasonably priced, welcoming office and nurturing energy. ~ Melissa Y
